Group service is provided from five strategic locations; USA, UK, India, China and India (see contacts). At each of these locations we provide replacement parts and professional field service with trained and experienced engineers.

Also at each of these locations full system manufacture also takes place with complete engineering and turnkey services.

Replacement parts inventory is maintained for all systems operating within the territory of the five group companies and immediate technical support is available by telephone or personal visit to the end user.

Installation and Commissioning is performed by trained field technicians with a well disciplined procedure of system pre start checks and close interaction with the end user. User training in maintenance and system operation is provided in detail.

Record keeping is very comprehensive and all aspects of a system performance are maintained in a central electronic data base. A similar record of replacement parts for each system is also maintained for review to check overall system performance and economy.

Maintenance Retraining is offered for office based tutorials and hands on practical courses.
