
Many
of our customers decide to carry out conveying tests
to support pre-bid studies, or as verification of
system parameters, and to support process guaranteed
prior to purchase of the system.
Federal,
state and local regulations require accurate
monitoring and tracking of all bulk materials, whether
deemed hazardous or non-hazardous. Macawber takes
this responsibility seriously, and prior to delivery
of any materials to our facility, we require
the following items:
(a) Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for each material to be tested
(b) Material
Test Questionnaire (to be filled
out and returned)
(c) Request
for Pneumatic Conveying Test Form (to be filled out and returned)
There
is a nominal charge for testing of U.S. $500.00
for the first material, and U.S. $250.00 for each
additional material. Cost of delivery of the material
to and from our facility must be paid by the customer.
We are not permitted to dispose of any material
locally.
