We have delivered four systems to convey bond and sand to our existing customer. It is always special when customers benefit from our systems so much they wish to order another one or more. The systems, that will convey a total of 1,400 ft, include 4 Denseveyors®, 10 Dome Type Switch Valves, Terminal Boxes, controls, conveying pipe with elbows and filters. Their current dilute phase systems were unable to meet the required conveying rate. By selecting Macawber’s dense phase pneumatic conveying systems, not only will the customer increase their production rate but will also consume less air and decrease pipe wear.
